Sigi Skin
Sigi Skin is a local superfood & anti-pollution skincare brand.
During my internship with Potato Technologies in 2019, Sigi Skin was a client I was tasked to handle in with regards to their Instagram account and communications.
In 2021, I did an internship with Sigi Skin for Operations and E-commerce Marketing, where I assisted in daily orders, liaised with retailers and brands, handled their Shopee page, and did some design work and copywriting too.

My involvement was gradual and progressive. I was first tasked to help with writing Instagram captions for all posts, which consists of research about the brand, understanding their audiences, adopting the right tone and style of writing, as well as clearly conveying concise messages. Afterwards, I was involved in more management and copywriting aspects, such as communicating with the client, the planning of posts, the creation of stories, and everything related to writing.
