AWLAB & YISHION

Events Programming & Talent Management, 2019

During my internship with Potato Technologies from 2019 to 2020, I've had the opportunity to be apart of events for more commercialised and fashion brands, namely AW LAB and YISHION. For both events, other than dealing with operations, I was largely in charge of the entertainment aspects.

Roles:

Planning, organisation and execution of both events (operatives for AW LAB; handling logistics and managing interns for YISHION).
Searching for dancers best suited to represent the respective brands.
Contacting and liaising with talents throughout the event.
Taking care of the talents and scheduling fittings and rehearsals prior to event days.
Ensuring that both the client and talents are satisfied.
Overall, following the event timeline and doing everything I can to produce a great experience for all - client, brand staff, colleagues, talents and audiences.
