Sigi Skin

Sigi Skin is a local superfood & anti-pollution skincare brand. During my internship with Potato Technologies in 2019, Sigi Skin was a client I was tasked to handle in with regards to their Instagram account and communications.

 

Roles:

• Liaising with client and ensuring the needs of both the account and agency was met

• Content creation, curation, design and copywriting on social media (i.e. posts, captions, stories)

• Managing social media accounts and scheduling posts

• Community management - responding to FAQs and received messages on social media

• Delegating work to junior interns and ensuring quality of all produced work

 

My involvement was gradual and progressive. I was first tasked to help with writing Instagram captions for all posts, which consists of research about the brand, understanding their audiences, adopting the right tone and style of writing, as well as clearly conveying concise messages. Afterwards, I was involved in more management and copywriting aspects, such as communicating with the client, the planning of posts, the creation of stories, and everything related to writing.
