The Roundest Circle

In my third year in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, I had my internship at TheatreWorks Ltd. As an engagement intern, I assisted in creating content and writing for the company’s blogs, managing the social media account, as well as helping in the production of online and offline materials.

Roles:

• Assisting in all engagement projects at community centres and residential areas.

• Updating the engagement blog sites and drafting marketing materials for productions.

• Taking photos, videos, and managing the media for Instagram and Facebook posts.

• Receiving and handling incoming calls.

• Front-Of-House duties for art events: drafting timelines, preparing materials required for shows, setting up of performance spaces, and collating feedback survey forms.

Other than producing general company content, I was also heavily involved in the making of the site and promotional posts for 'The Roundest Circle' — a turn-taking collaborative and improvisational dance performance.
