Verve 2016 

Verve is a multi-disciplinary, annual arts festival held by the 2nd year students of the Diploma in Arts Business Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. The 2016 edition began the first few versions of community art festivals held at the Bukit Batok East Community Centre. The theme 'Strings' was centralised on intergenerational mingling and connectivity, especially with the Bukit Batok East residents.

Role:

• Member in the programming team, where we researched possible artists to bring in.

• In-charge of literary art artists, liaising with them and setting collaborative schedules.

• One of the in-charges for the Open Call segment - an open platform for budding and aspiring talents to showcase their talents in our festival. I planned the briefing materials, managed both logistics and participants, and emceed for the first half of open call performances.
