Ngee Ann (NP) Ambassadors
NP Open House, 2016 - 2018
The Ngee Ann Ambassadors is the marketing arm of the Polytechnic. As an organisation, we are heavily involved with NP's open houses and raising numbers of future potential students. As representatives, we welcome visitors, tend to their needs and leave good impressions to both parents and students.
Roles:

Knowing answers to any enquiries, be it of the institution, the diverse available courses or polytechnic life.

2016: Emceed for secondary school students, welcoming them and giving an introduction on NP.

2017 and 2018: Bus guide on the faculty tour bus that goes around campus, where my job consisted of presenting NP’s courses, facilities and creating a personable experience for visitors.

NP RED Camp, 2015 - 2017
RED Camp, also known as 'Road map to Explore and Discover', is an annual day camp held in NP for graduating secondary school students. It is hosted by the Ngee Ann Ambassadors, and students of NP brought in to be student leaders (SLs).
Roles:

Introduced and accompanied secondary school students throughout activities, while touring NP’s campus and academic faculties.

2016: In-charge for the Mass Dance committee - a part of the entertainment segment for the campers. Tasks included choreographing the dance, managing other SLs and emceeing during event days.

2017: Providing guidance and imparting knowledge to junior SLs.
